Frosts by Mora is Morakniv's professional line for the food industry, built for slaughterhouses, butcher shops and restaurant kitchens. The CB5MF-E is a 5" curved boning knife with a medium-flex blade, recommended especially for beef.
The upswept blade is Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, hardened by deep refrigeration at -80°C for high hardness, keen sharpness and good edge retention. Its curve and medium flex let it follow bone and joint contours closely for clean separation and minimal waste.
The soft black TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) handle is comfortable through long sessions and grips securely in wet or greasy conditions. It is equally at home at the processing table after a hunt as it is in a professional kitchen.
